Crimson Plague Christmas Card (Dec 2000)
|
Merry Christmas.
George Perez said last Christmas, “You know, this is the most Christmas-y I've felt in a long time. Despite everything, I am happy. I am feeling so much love. I can't be sad. Yes, I'm sad that this will probably be the last Christmas for me, but if this is going to be the last one, I'm glad I get to enjoy it like I am now.”

This is a modification of a Christmas card illo I drew around 2003 or so. Originally the ornaments had the logos of the various companies I worked for that year and Carol was working as a character at Disney. I was about 55 pounds heavier and Carol's hair was darker then, but I think this drawing is still pretty swell. Happy Holidays to one and all!

Granted, this photo is about 4 years old and there have been some physical changes through the years, but the spirit is still there, as is the love and happiness. To everyone out there, family, friend and fan, may this Holiday season be filled with all the love you desire and all the pleasure you deserve. HOHO HUGS TO ALL!

This is a little doodle I surprised my wife Carol with this Christmas. My lady loves quite a few things, including (but not limited too) Tea, Tea cups, Minions, Sheep and Grumpy Cat. She's also partial to the colors pink and purple. So, I came up with this. I'm so happy that she really liked it. I can't do enough for this wonderful lady-- who is most definitely MY favorite thing.
