O'Brother was recently in the news because they are recently iTunes' "Artist to Watch". They're offering their debut album, Garden Window, for only $6.99.
O'Brother also announced that they will be the "very special guest"/support band for Thrice's upcoming "Farewell Tour." They are all very excited about this opportunity, with drummer Michael Martens quoted as saying: "It's a huge honor to be a part of this tour. Thrice has come to mean so much to all of us on so many different levels. It's going to be an amazing 6 weeks."

MODERN FACES
modernfaces.co.uk Scotland's Modern Faces is a new Britrock band, having toured with the likes of Kasabian, The Charlatans and Shed Seven. Their debut double A single, "Pravda Scrolls"/"Cynical Brother", will be coming out April 9th. With influences from all the bands we love (Oasis, The Verve, The Stone Roses and Kasabian - yes we've written about all those bands), so they'll be a band on our list to watch. |
THE CUBAN BROTHERS
thecubanbrothers.com Not a whole of information to work with here, The Cuban Brothers looks like they're currently based out of the UK. Their new single, "We Don't Have To Take Our Clothes Off" (which is a free download from soundcloud). I briefly mentioned their name on last Christmas article. |
