New Orleans jam band Galactic is on tour with Bay Area psych soul band Monophonics.

Galactic's album Carnivale Electricos came out in 2012 via Anti- Records.

Monophonics recently released "Promises" (released January 13th) on 7". Look for an upcoming album on Ohio soul label Colemine Records.
