Grammy-winning producer Philippe Zdar (half of influential French house duo Cassius) fell off a building in Paris, France and died at the age of 52. According to Pitchfork, via a press agent, it was an accident.
When not so busy with Cassius, Zdar had worked with Phoenix, Kanye West, Cat Power and more, thanks to his ownership of Motorbass studio (named after Zdar’s old duo Motorbass) in Paris.
