S*M*A*S*H is celebrating their 20th Anniversary of "(I Want to) Kill Somebody" (which, of course, I do own the original 12" and CD single).
The punk Welwyn Garden City trio will be playing a single release show on March 29th, 2014, at The Portland Arms in Cambridge. The single is a split with a new version of S*M*A*S*H's "(I Want to) Kill Somebody '14" and Loughborough rapper NxtGen's "CONDEMned". This makes me wonder if the band decided to update their song to reflect the fact that the enemy Margaret Thatcher is now dead.
Details below:
£5 on the night, advance ticket £8 - includes a copy of the single.
The Tory Baiting single will be available in record shops, by mail order from the R*E*P*E*A*T website and by download from March 22nd.
