Keith Top Of The Pops & His Minor UK Indie Celebrity All-Star Backing Band has a song called "Morrissey Will Never Forgive Me" from his album TOTP 2.
The album came out days before Morrissey's birthday (May 22nd), and with all of the lyrics stolen from The Smiths - I would think Keith is a real fan.
Below is a transcription from my ears of the lyrics from the song. If they are wrong (and I know it's wrong), let me know the correct lyrics.

"Morrissey Will Never Forgive Me"
Morrissey: "I think there's a grand assumption that people that listen to pop music and rock music are just blithering idiots and they'll take anything." Last night I felt warm arms around me. No false alarm - the handsome devil had found me. Those alcoholic afternoon we spent in your room meant more to me than you think. Morrissey will never forgive me, for doing what I've done. Morrissey will never forgive me, for being an heir and a son And in the darkened underpass, I took my chance, thank god, it has come at last. Morrissey will never forgive me, and that's okay. And the rain that flattens my hair, oh. That's okay it looks better that way. And I was looking for a job and then I found a job Thank god for that 'cause I've got bills to pay. I started something that I clearly cannot finish. Morrissey will never forgive me, for doing what I've done. Morrissey will never forgive me, for being an heir and a son. And in the darkened underpass, I took my chance, thank god, it has come at last. Morrissey will never forgive me, and that's okay. So scratch my name in your arm with a fountain pen, That means you've got problems. So scratch my name in your arm with a fountain pen, That means you've got problems. Morrissey will never forgive me, for doing what I've done. Morrissey will never forgive me, for being an heir and a son. And in the darkened underpass, I took my chance, thank god, it has come at last. Morrissey will never forgive me, and that's okay. Morrissey: "That's nice." |
Update: Corrected some lyrics, thanks to
