To the faithful departed, Irish singer Dolores O'Riordan, of The Cranberries, has died at the age of 46.
The last time we heard from the band was that they had released a unique collection called Something Else via BMG/The End Records. The album was a re-working of their major hits like “Linger” and “Zombie”, in addition to three new songs.
The record was in celebration of their 25th anniversary as a band, and would also include a 14 U.S. tour dates to promote the record. Unfortunately, via buzz.ie, they had to cancel all U.S. dates (from September to October) due to “Dolores O’Riordan’s recovery from her ongoing back problem...”
