“See a great rock show, celebrate life, and do some good at the same time” – Gene Simmons
Hot on the heels of announcing his own massive Vault Experience box (which starts at $2,000 and which he’ll personally deliver to you for a mere $50,000), rock’s greatest capitalist shows off his equally big heart as KISS bassist Gene Simmons headlines The Children Matter: Hurricane Benefit Concert at the home of the St. Paul Saints baseball team, CHS Field on Sept. 20.
Buzz has hit the internet stratosphere as former KISS bandmate Ace Frehley has been recently added to the bill, marking the first time in over sixteen years that the pair has shared the same stage and performed together.
The benefit concert to support the victims of recent hurricanes also features Don Felder (former lead guitarist of The Eagles), Cheap Trick, The Jayhawks and Flipp for a historic rock and roll event for a very worthy cause.
All proceeds from the concert will go directly towards MATTER's relief efforts for hurricane relief in partnership with their on-ground partners . MATTER is sending and distributing MATTERbox Meals Kits, sanitation supplies, contamination prevention supplies and more, to the over 100,000 children and families affected and displaced.
The Children Matter is a collaborative initiative created by Simmons and the nonprofit MATTER on the simple belief that the lives of children matter. Regardless of race, income, gender, religion, or location, every child deserves the same access to a full and healthy life.
