British music fans should look to North Wales' Catfish and the Bottlemen, who recently won the BBC Music Awards' "Best New Act". Catfish and the Bottlemen will be releasing their debut album The Balcony domestically on January 6th, via Communion Records. To celebrate the album, they've already booked to perform at "Late Show with David Letterman" on January 7. They'll likely perform the album's single "Kathleen", which recently reached #1 on Sirius XM’s Alt Nation and is also charting in the top 40 on Alternative Radio Charts.

The band is back with Present Tense - Special Edition, which is a reissue of their original album, plus a bonus disc of remixed material from various artists like Factory Floor, Juan Atkins, Lone, East India Youth, Sohn. FISHBOY yofishboy.com Denton, TX's Fishboy is releasing An Elephant on January 20th, 2015. Originally set at an earlier release date, but a series of delays from faulty test pressings, bad color vinyl issues, and two broken stampers, moved the date to 2015. Fishboy is the nickname earned by Eric Michener, who apparently swallowed a fish at the Dallas World Aquarium. Since 2001, he's been making music under the Fishboy name.
