Again, the aging PlayStation 3 is still the ultimate all-in-one media box: Games, Blu-Ray + DVD discs, DLNA, Harddrive/USB media, YouTube, Amazon, Vudu, Crackle, Hulu Plus, Netflix, and Redbox.
Now if you want to listen to internet radio, TuneIn is the best thing for your PS3.

TuneIn offers over 100,000 live global radio stations and some limited podcasts. According to Sony's blog, TuneIn is the world's most popular service for listening to live, online radio.
I have been testing it out, and what I love about it is that the software display cover artwork and song details. Advertisements seem to be originally from its online stream (I didn't know if it's actually TuneIn that inject the ads or not?)
Still, for free, it's a pretty robust service. Imagine if you told me ten years ago that I could be listening to radio stations from around the world, I wouldn't believe it!
The TuneIn app was mostly a positive experience for me, however I have some complaints:
I know Sony's Music Unlimited service is quite different to TuneIn, but I think because TuneIn is free, that it's the better option for radio fans. Music Unlimited does offer a similar "radio" feature, but you still have to pay at least $3.99 a month for the basic service.

- App does not support PS3's Bluetooth remote control (you must use the game controller).
- It is all live streams, which means you cannot just pull up a song or artist whenever you want
