This is part two of the Spring Tour entries. Please see part one.
WIRE
www.pinkflag.com
In my review for Object 47, I said that they were "still amazing after all these years" and that they basically haven't changed their sound - which is a good thing. It looks like they have a new album called Red Bark Tree, which just came out on January 2011. I don't have the album, but I reckon it will sound pretty much like what Wire sounds like. A free download of "Two Minutes" is available via Pitchfork.
Be on the lookout for the band to appear on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on April 5th, which should boost interests in the band as they tour through the US:
JUNIP

You know I like all Swedish bands, so this band, Junip, came up on my radar. You can preview one of their track, "Näckrosdammen" at Mute Record's Soundcloud. Interestingly enough, it's from their EP, In Every Direction and not from their album, Fields.
The EP was released February 22nd, and includes remixes by Dale Earnhardt JR JR and White Sea (Morgan Kibby of M83), plus new b-sides:

JOHN BRODEUR
www.johnbrodeur.com
John Brodeur is kicking off a huge tour in 2011 in support of his album, Tiger Pop Ten, a double-disc album that will be released April 5th, although I'm almost certain you can get the album at one of his upcoming shows. As I understand it, the original album, Tiger Pop was entirely done as a one-man-band sort of thing and was released in 2001. This new version is entirely re-done with a rhytm section, with the help of his other band, The Suggestions.

"Keith (Hosmer, Bass) and Jay (Schultz, Drums) and I would often kid around about re-recording Tiger Poo. Having a rhythm section behind the tunes gave them a new life. Some grooved differently, while others sounded like entirely different songs. To cut a new version of the record would have been cost-prohibitive but it was an attractive idea—it certainly appealed to the part of me that doesn’t know how to settle on ‘finished.’"Below is the entire tour schedule:- John Brodeur
