Children, picks up exactly where the previous LP, Etiquette left off. The heart-wrenching mumbled lyrics, the sardonic humor, the playful yet hypnotic beats: it’s all there.

Owen Ashworth, aka Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, announced earlier this year that he means to end CFTPA. So, if you haven't seen the man live, you better do it before December 5^th, 2010, which is the final show for Casiotone for the Painfully Alone (the date is significant as it is the thirteen-year anniversary of his first show).

On the bright side, he does indicate on his website, that this doesn't mean the end of his music involvement altogether... I'm sure we will be reporting back on his upcoming projects.

You may have already heard that I've decided to end Casiotone for the Painfully Alone. I'd just like to clarify that this doesn't mean that I'm quitting music. I love writing & recording songs, & I hope to make lots more records in my lifetime. But, after nearly thirteen years of being the dude from Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, I'm ready for a fresh start & a new challenge. So, after December 5, 2010 (the thirteen year anniversary of my first show), I'm throwing out the old songs & I'm trying something new. I'll have more news about new projects & plans in the coming months.
