JAMESTOWN REVIVAL

Texas duo Jamestown Revival (Jonathan Clay and Zach Chance) are coming to Minneapolis on November 18, in support of their new album Utah. The record came out September 23rd via Republic Records.
Opening up the show will be South Carolina's Nikki Lane and Idaho's Hollow Wood.

COMMUNION CLUBNIGHT

Since the first Minneapolis Communion Clubnight started October 2013, it's only been scheduled at the Varsity Theater. Now with November coming up, they've decided to change venue to the Turf Club in St Paul.
I'm not sure why the venue change, possibly because since Turf Club is own by First Avenue, they may reach a broader audience - and also nearer to those who live in St Paul, Minnesota.
If you've never been to a Communion show, check out this November show featuring Mikhael Paskalev (Norwegian-Bulgarian singer, songwriter and guitarist from Ålesund), Count This Penny (duo Amanda and Allen Rigell from Madison, Wisconsin) and Peter Michael Miller (from We Are the Willows).
I have only seen We Are the Willows before, and I have described their singer, Peter Michael Miller as having a "weird feminine voice".
