The special
Rhymesayers 20 Year Anniversary Concert is taking place this December 4th at the Target Center. Traditionally Rhymesayers Entertainment record label has sold out First Avenue for many, many years now. Moving it a larger capacity like the Target Center made a lot of sense to us.
Expect all the staple artists from
Atmoshpere and
Brother Ali to recent addition
Prof to be there on Friday to represent Rhymesayers.

Seattle's
Beat Connection is back on tour in support of their new album
Product 3 (out now on ANTI- Records). We first caught the band in 2012 and was blown away at their fanbase. Their last appearance in Minneapolis was with Django Django in

Product 3, as described by Stereogum is "cuts a path through electronic pop, rock, hip-hop, and R&B without ever plunging head-on into any one sound."
