São Paulo's singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Mallu Magalhães (or simply known as Mallu) will be releasing her debut U.S. album, Highly Sensitive on October 1st through Sony Music Brazil via RED Distribution. Named as best artists of the year by Rolling Stone Brazil, Mallu has had her music recently featured in national Motorola and Windows 8 ad campaigns in Brazil.

To support the album, Mallu will be doing a special live performance at The Standard East Village in New York City on October 28… but look for a big touring schedule to follow shortly.

Their debut album, As Plantas Que Curam, will be released October 1, 2013 on on vinyl, CD, and mp3 by Other Music Recording Co. (if you want a cassette version, you'll have to find it through Burger Records).
