Ty Segall is the busiest man alive. Not only is the guy in a few bands (Ty Segall & White Fence and Ty Segall Band), but he's always on tour. He just recently added about thirty new dates to his ever expanding tour, including one of the headliners for Le Guess Who? Festival taking place in Holland from November 4th to December 2nd.
If live music isn't your thing, he has a couple of releases coming up, including Twins, coming out October 9th on Drag City. You can check out the video for his latest single, "The Hill", on Youtube.
Ty Segall's cover of the Velvet Underground's "Femme Fatale" is also being featured on Universal Music's release of the 45th Anniversary of The Velvet Underground & Nico tribute album. Other artists on the album include Thee Oh Sees (a band that Ty is currently on tour with) and White Fence (a band that Ty previously worked with.)
