Sigrid is back on tour in support of her highly anticipated second album, How To Let Go (Island Records).

We caught Sigrid in Sep 2019 and wrote, “Sigrid was quite playful with her audience, as she jumped on stage to sing the title track from her debut album Sucker Punch (Island Records). Fans absolutely went crazy and singing along to her singles, and Sigrid encourage, often making funny faces and interacting with her fans.”

Australia’s Mildlife will be playing the Amsterdam Bar & Hall in St Paul, Minnesota. They’re in the country to play Desert Daze, so they’re making some stops in the country with a few selective dates - including Colorado, Minnesota, Illinois, and Michigan.

The group had been nominated for “Best Album at the Worldwide FM Awards” and won “Best Electronic Act at The Music Victoria Awards”.

The band will be opening for Khruangbin and Arctic Monkeys later in the tour.

Oh Pep! (short for Olivia “Oh” Hally and Pepita “Pep” Emerichs) will be back in Minneapolis, at the 7th Street Entry this Saturday, March 23rd. The Australian duo’s new album I Wasn't Only Thinking About You... is out now on ATO Records.

We caught the band a few times, on tour for their debut record Stadium Cake in July 2016 and, again, in Feb 2017, writing, “The evening began with a playful and sublime forty-minute set from Melbourne, Australia folk duo, Oh Pep! (aka Pepita Emmerichs and Olivia Hally) who released their debut, Stadium Cake last June on Dualtone Records. Their blend of harmonic pop (with Hally on guitar and Emmerichs alternating between mandolin, bouzouki and violin) has proved irresistible and is recommended for fans of Indigo Girls and First Aid Kit, with a tender and relaxed sound to their music, the new album recorded in Nova Scotia.”

In the age of the internet and social media, it's incredibly hard to keep a big secret, but that's just what singers Conor Oberst and Phoebe Bridgers pulled off, recording a secret album and debuting a brand new band called Better Oblivion Community Center.

The band was originally booked locally at the Fine Line Music Cafe, which immediately sold out (like most of their tour), then was upgraded to the larger Mainroom at First Avenue... which immediately sold out. First single, "Dylan Thomas" is burning up the alternative airwaves. Book a "meeting" if you can.
