Fleet Foxes’ North American tour begins June 13 in Cleveland. The tour will stop by Kansas City (at the Midland Theatre) and Minneapolis (at First Avenue).
We saw Fleet Foxes in Oct 2017, and said, “After a three-year hiatus, Fleet Foxes announced that they were indeed back together and working on a new album, their first new record in six years, on January 1, 2017. The third studio album, entitled Crack-Up (Nonesuch Records), would be a concept album. The album would begin exactly where Helplessness Blues ended.”

The special O.A.R. and Cory Wong co-headlining tour will stop by the Armory in Minneapolis this Saturday, June 8th. Be sure to check out this tour to see Cory Wong performs “Hiding on the Moon”, a new song featuring O.A.R.
“I’ve been a fan of O.A.R. since I was a teenager," says Cory Wong. "I have seen them play several times; and when I finally got the chance to hang with Marc and the guys, I knew we’d hit it off musically. I had some time off in New York and Marc invited me to come hang and write in his studio. I had a loop of an idea that I had been sitting on for a while that I shared with him and he said, 'Let me get a microphone up.' We wrote the song that afternoon, and I took the tracks and ran with it over the next couple of months. I wanted to add some unique guitar elements to it, so I decided to use some natural harmonics as the opening section, and for the guitar solo, I wanted to channel a combination of…Coldplay/Allman/Mayer. This song ended up being a great collaboration that really features both Cory Wong and O.A.R. in a unique way, and really shows the power of creative minds coming together to make something that we wouldn’t have made independently!”
We saw O.A.R. in July 2015 and said, “Singer Marc Roberge and band were so “in the zone” playing that they didn’t break until after the sixth song, with Roberge remarking “I always forget to say 'Hi 'because we love playing so much”.”

We were supposed to see NY’s Cafuné (featuring singer / songwriter Sedona Schat and writer / producer Noah Yoo) in February, but due to severe weather conditions, the band had to postponed their show. It would seem that the new rescheduled date is now July 8th, 2023.
The duo is currently on tour in support of their debut album from Elektra Records.
