A blink of the eye, and it’s already been a decade. Sister-act JOSEPH is celebrating 10 years together.
Yes, of course, we were there for Joseph, ten years ago, in Nov 2014 and wrote, “Portland's Joseph are three sisters, Natalie, Allison, and Meegan. They harmonize as only very close family members can achieve. Songs on their set included tracks from Native Dreamer Kin, which came out early in March 2014. I got the impression that the sisters were very fun to be around.”

Chicago buzz band Brigitte Calls Me Baby will be headlining the Fine Line, in Minneapolis, this September 7, 2024. The band’s debut EP This House Is Made of Corners is out now and their single “Eddie My Love” is Top 30 on the Triple A radio chart.
Fans may also want to pre-order or buy the exclusive Electric Fetus’ red and black splatter version of their forthcoming album, The Future Is Our Way Out to secure a private pass to see the band perform and sign their album on Friday, Sept. 6th at 6:30 p.m.! Only the Electric Fetus version will get you the pass. One person may order up to two copies to get two passes. Each pass admits one person only. Everyone who has previously pre-ordered this item will be contacted and offered an event pass.
We saw the band in July 2023 and wrote, “The Current described Brigitte Calls Me Baby as a unique grade of pop, while Brody compared them to The Smiths (Morrissey). Brigitte Calls Me Baby are Wes Leavins (Songwriter/Vocalist), Jeremy Benshish (Drums), Trevor Lynch (Guitar), Jack Fluegel (Guitar), Zach Lentino (Bass) and Devin Wessels (Keyboard).”
