The annual Minnesota State Fair is kicking off August 24 and will continue until Labor Day, September 4th.

The two week-ish event will feature over 900 Shows with 100+ Acts and is free, with the price of the fair admission… which is $15 for an adult.

Sir Chloe (aka Dana Foote) is on tour in support of her debut album I Am The Dog (Atlantic Records).

We caught Sir Chloe on May 2022 and said, “Sir Chloe is the name that Dana Foote’s mother almost gave her. In the final year at Bennington College in Vermont, Foote formed Sir Chloe. They signed with Los Angeles-based imprint Terrible Records, and released their debut EP Party Favors.”

Tony-nominated, multi-platinum-selling pop/jazz sensation Ann Hampton Callaway is doing a two-night residency at the Crooners Supper Club in Minneapolis (Fridley) on August 25th & 26th. Callaway's new album, Finding Beauty, Originals Vol. 1, is set to release on September 29th.

The venue’s description is that Ann Hampton Callaway will “Sings the 70s” and her biography lists that her songs were recorded by Liza Minnelli and Barbra Streisand, among other celebrities and singers.
