TMZ reported that former Skid Row singer Johnny Solinger died at the age of 55. This came after a month that he mentioned he had liver cancer.
When I first mentioned the news (“Skid Row singer died”), my sister thought it was Sebastian Bach… who was actually the singer of the group at the height of their popularity (Slave to the Grind). After Bach was fired from Skid Row in 1996, it was Johnny Solinger who replaced Bach.
Solinger stayed with Skid Row until 2015… although he did experimented in pursuing a solo career in Country Music during his time with Skid Row.

In other death news - Timothy J. Parker a.k.a. The Gift of Gab recently passed away at the age of 50, according to the Quannum Projects:
