Japanese noise band Boris will be headlining the Fine Line on October 9, 2024. Their latest Cry -狂叫-, was a split release with The Melvins. However, for this new tour, the band will be playing songs off their debut album Amplifier Worship… featuring two drummers and an extended backline, this will be a Boris tour not to miss.

We saw Boris in Aug 2014 and wrote, “It's hard for someone like me trying to describe Boris to you. While most people will put them into the drone category, when you see them live, they go beyond that. From experimental to a little sludge to metal to shoegaze ... and unexpectedly even a little pop rock!”

We the band in Oct 2019, and wrote, “As for the Starcrawler’s Turf Club show, it started with a pulse pounding drumming from Austin Smith. This is quickly followed by some bass from Tim Franco… then joining them on stage was guitarist Henri Cash in his Jack White-ish cowboy outfit. This jamming only serves to introduce us to singer Arrow de Wilde, dressed like a zombie ballerina, as she starts dancing and singing “Home Alone”.”
