The first is Goosebumps Collection. You get 31 books by R.L. Stine for $18… plus you’ll be helping out the charity group Active Minds. I own a few Goosebumps books, on and off, but never religiously followed the series. It’s popular enough to get a couple of movies, the first one starring Jack Black.
Anyway, these books are available as ePub books and only available to U.S. residents.
The second is a great Elfquest Dark Horse Collection, this includes all the books published by Dark Horse Comics for $18. Dark Horse offered the Lone Wolf and Cub humble bundle deal that was fantastic. Those were available as PDF or CBZ files, so I’m assuming the Elfquest books are available in the same format. You can use the files on any tablet, including the iPad.
Alternatively, there’s 2000 AD bundle that featured some Judge Dredd and Slaine books. 13 books for $18.
I may end up buying the Elfquest and Goosebumps books, because they are such good deals, even though I won’t have time to read them… I have about 15 days to think about it. We’ll see.
