Legendary Marvel Universe creator
Stan Lee has died at the age of 95.
Lee, along with
Jack Kirby were responsible for many of the original Marvel Comics’ characters, such as The Fantastic Four, The Avengers, and X-Men, etc.
Although Stan Lee is not necessary a musician, many singers and songwriters have been influenced by Stan Lee or many of his creations. For example,
Joe Satriani’s classic album
Surfing with the Alien features Stan and Jack’s Silver Surfer on his cover. Or bands like
The Ramones covering the
Spider-Man theme song, etc.
