What do you get when you cross Dave Lombardo (from Slayer) with Mike Patton (from Faith No More) and Justin Pearson & Michael Crain (of Retox)? You get Dead Cross. The supergroup’s debut self-title recorded came out on August 4th via Seizure & Desist Records.
Although the band may sound new, the truth is, they’ve been around since 2015, when they made their live debut with vocalist Gabe Serbian in December of that year. Unfortunately, Serbian left the group, so they’ve had to re-record their record … now with Mike Patton’s vocals.
They’ve booked a show at Riot Fest in Chicago this year, and as a special bonus, they’ve added Minneapolis to their limited tour dates for 2017.
Their special guests Secret Chiefs 3 will open.
Tour dates:
09/11/2017 Royale Nightclub Boston Boston, MA
09/12/2017 Gramercy Theatre New York, NY
09/13/2017 Warsaw Brooklyn, NY
09/15/2017 St. Andrews Hall Detroit, MI
09/16/2017 Riot Fest Chicago, IL
09/17/2017 Turner Hall Ballroom Milwaukee, WI
09/19/2017 First Avenue Minneapolis, MN
09/20/2017 Liberty Hall Lawrence, KS
09/23/2017 Ogden Theatre Denver, CO
