Jimi went to the Scummer Slam 2017 show in Chicago, Illinois.
The free (donation) show created by Bric A Brac Records and East Room, and brings together 9 bands from all over the USA (Monica LaPlante represented Minneapolis) ... and one South African band (Make-Overs). Unfortunately, due to Visa issues, KO could not make it to the show.
Food trucks and vendors included Altos Tequila, Corona, Modelo, Red Bull, Topo Chico, and Jameson.
Shortly after the Make-Overs’ set, the weather forced the remainder of the show to move indoors.
