New York’s Bear Hands (not to be confused with Bear’s Den) is back on tour, this time promoting their third album You'll Pay for This, which was co-produced by guitarist Ted Feldman and longtime Bear Hands collaborator James Brown (Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys) and mixed by Alan Moulder (Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, Foals).
Since its release in February, the first single "2AM" has been gaining momentum at radio, securing #27 at Alternative Radio, #9 on Alt-Nation's #18 and #1 Most Added this week.
Opening will be The Moth and the Flame, who we previously caught earlier in February 2016 as part of the SiriusXM’s “Advanced Placement Tour”.

Speaking of hands... Brooklyn’s Cloud Becomes Your Hand (multi­-instrumentalist and composer Stephe Cooper, with drummer Booker Stardrum and midi Sam Sowyrda, violinist Hunter Jack, synth Weston Minissali, and bassist Simon Hanes) will be playing the White Page in south Minneapolis (3400 Cedar Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55407).
We previously written about the band’s release of Rest in Fleas earlier in April 2016.
Also on the bill, Chicago’s Wei Zhongle (now in their fourth iteration of the band, led by John McCowen), Gem Jones, The Controversial New Skinny Pill, and a performance piece by Which Sister?
