Joining Seggerman on stage was Gravey on guitar, Nicky on synth, and Chrysalis on bass (although Nicky & Chrysalis would later switch to clarinet and violin respectively for their final song ‘Infatuation’). The brand new band played a most of their songs from their debut March 2016 EP My Mom Says I Have A Rich Inner Life, but throwing in some unrecorded songs... so some of those titles on my setlist for them is probably incorrect.

The band seemed to enjoy playing on their 30-min “Xtra Special Peach Kelli Pop Set”, especially on their set closer ‘Creeping Charlie’, which had the band (sans drummer) jumping up and down.

Their music has been compared to 60’s girl groups and they’ve been compared to The Donnas.
Although the band’s been in Minneapolis a few times, this was their first time in St Paul, Minnesota. Hanlon did not know the difference between the two cities, and got confused on where Prince lived (technically he lives in Chanhassen, not Minneapolis or St Paul).
Although the tour was in support of their new 7” inch Halloween Mask, they actually didn’t play any tracks from the 3-song single. Instead the majority of their set was from their self-titled debut record, with a good mix of Peach Kelli Pop II and Peach Kelli Pop III... the latter two available on Burger Records.
For their set finale, vocal duties were turned to Alex Edgeworth, who sang the Ramones’ ‘Oh Oh I Love Her So’.
The band started to wrap things up, but the dedicated fans in front demanded an encore... so Peach Kelli Pop quickly assembled and played out to ‘Panchito Blues’ and ‘Do The Eggroll’.
