at Studio B (Skyway Theatre)
Thursday, 06/02/16 ($25)

On Thursday, June 2nd Post-Hardcore group Saosin will be making a triumphant comeback to Minneapolis with a show at The Skyway Theatre (Studio B). These guys just released Along the Shadow which is their first new album since 2009 and their first album with singer Anthony Green since 2003.
This album goes back to their roots with all of the energy and confidence that they've always had but with a sense of vulnerability. It straddles the line between metalcore angst and some good old melodic experimentalism which is exactly what makes Saosin, Saosin.

Florence + The Machine first came to my attention when I reviewed her Lungs album in 2009. I’ve known she was special, but really had no idea just how popular she eventually would become.
Florence + The Machine’s latest How Big How Blue How Beautiful was a massive album, and it is Florence Welch’s first U.S. #1 album. She’s never been bigger in the states, so, of course, she’ll be doing some massive stadium shows this summer with support from Grimes and Of Monsters And Men.
Tour dates:
06/02 Saint Paul, MN Xcel Energy Center†
06/04 Cleveland, OH Blossom Music Center‡
06/07 Boston, MA Xfinity Center‡
06/08 Montreal, QC Bell Centre‡
