You know we absolutely love Hall & Oates, so I was fooled into clicking a news link on Facebook about “Hall and Oates got into a bloody confrontation that ended with Hall getting bit in the face and Oates landing in jail, according to police.”

The story is actually quite old (2012), but according to ABC News, Roger Oates bit Scott Hall above the eye... and the ending joke was that he was truly a “ManEater”.

Thankfully, it has nothing to do with Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Daryl Hall and John Oates, who recently just announced their summer amphitheater tour. Produced by Live Nation, the tour featuring Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings and Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, will kick off on Friday, May 13.

We’re also big fans of Sharon Jones and Trombone Shorty, so this will make for an excellent billing... only if you live in Minneapolis, you may have to do a bit of driving to Chicago.
