We like and have written about Twilight Sad many times here. The Scottish band will be in the States to promote Nobody Wants To Be Here and Nobody Wants To Leave (FatCat) and also that they'll be on the road to SXSW 2015 this year.

British trio Until the Ribbon Breaks (Pete Lawrie-Winfield, James Gordon, and Elliot Wall) are currently in the USA, on tour with London Grammar ... on the long road to SXSW 2015 and Coachella 2015. As I have previously mentioned, we love it around this time of the year (Spring), because so many British bands are in the States for those two music festivals.

The UK band is promoting their upcoming album A Lesson Unlearnt, which is coming out next week, January 20, 2015.

Avid Dancer is the stagename for Jacob Dillan Summers, who is happy to announce his first full-length 1st Bath on April 14th, 2015, via Grand Jury.

Avid Dancer will be playing every Monday for the month of February as part of month long LA residency at The Echo, warming up for his upcoming SXSW 2015 show and .... a spring North American tour. They have not confirmed the additional tour dates, but I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything.

ALEX WINSTON iamalexwinston.com We previously mentioned Alex Winston when she went on tour in support of Velvet Elvis in 2011. Winston is back, this time with an upcoming 7" called "Careless" (Neon Gold), due out February 10th, 2015. She's also confirmed for SXSW 2015. Can wait until March 2015? If you live in New York, you can see her at Neon Gold's Popshop at the Westway in New York this January 22nd.

REMI remiband.com Australia's Remi (full name Remi Kolawole) will be making his US debut at SXSW 2015. Recently the Guarding rallied behind Remi's song "Tyson", which they called "full of stylish swagger and nicely-controlled aggression not usually seen in chilled out skip-hop." Remi's US debut album is called Raw X Infinity, set for release April 2015.
