SLED ISLAND MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL

Due to last year's Alberta flooding, the Sled Island Music Festival was forced to cancel two of its four day programming. Instead of getting refunds, most pass holders opted to re-invest their ticket towards this year's festival. So, it's happening: this year festival will be taking place June 18-22.
Organizers have announced that the upcoming festival will feature guest curator, Kathleen Hanna! We love her, so it should be interesting to see who she invites.
It's still early days, so no official lineup has been announced. You can buy passes blind (and save money):

Shaky Knees Music Fest just announced that The Replacements have agreed to play at this year's event. Weird that they will play under Modest Mouse, who is headlining May 10th. Anyway, this will be the Minneapolis-based band's first performance in the southeast since May of 1991!
Single day tickets for presale is $84 a ticket, a three-day ticket is $150 and VIP is $475 (sold out). Again, those are the advance prices, expect the prices to go up the closer it countdown to the actual date. Since the VIP prices is three times the standard three day price, you're probably wondering what you get with it. Well, private bathroom for one thing... almost worth it, right?

This is actually a traveling and camping festival, so there are two other Rewind Festivals: Rewind North (North of England at Capesthorne Hall, Cheshire on Saturday August 30th and Sunday August 31st) and Rewind South (Temple Island Meadows, Henley-on-Thames will return for its sixth year on Saturday August 16th and Sunday August 17th).
Rewind Scotland's headliners are Billy Ocean and Hall & Oates. If you love the 80s, you need to be there. Too bad it's not 80s prices. Prices starts at £55.00 per day. You get discounts if you get a campsite, etc.

Liverpool International Festival Of Psychedelia and Eindhoven's Effenaar venue have announced Eindhoven Psych Lab, a brand new European music festival, showcasing modern psychedelic music.
So far, initial line-up shows San Francisco' Wooden Shjips as headliner. Also includes Hookworms, The Growlers, Follakzoid and Terakaft, among others.
Early bird prices are quite reasonable, starting at £37.50 (45 euros).
