Le Bon is playing in Kansas City tomorrow:
Earlier this year Kasabian's frontman Tom Meighan said to NME: "The album is a real 'f*** you' to anyone who ever dares criticise or snarl at us, and say we can't do music like this. It's a real f***ing 'up yours'. There are a lot of bands who try and do this kind of music but fail because they've got no songs."

Vivian Girls break up
Vivian Girls have official split up. The two farewell shows will be on Feb 14 in Los Angeles and Mar 1st in Brooklyn. We briefly talked about The Babies and La Sera.
Prince files lawsuit against his fans (again)
Prince wants 22 individual offenders to pay him a sum of $1 million each.
The lawsuit, which was filed last week, accuses the defendants of participating in “massive infringement and bootlegging of Prince’s material”, specifically picking out a set from 1983 which was shared via WorldOfBootleg.blogspot.com.
UPDATE 01/29/14: Prince has decided to drop the lawsuit. According to tmz.com, because "the bootleggers have now taken down the illegal downloads and are no longer engaging in piracy." Although some people say it's a publicity stunt, and some people say it's because of the bad press surrounding this.
