My original notes to this show points to How Was the Show, but upon reading it now, it isn't very descriptive of the actual show. No photos, no song titles (except for that Bob Dylan song), which I've also documented:
Opening up the show was Los Angeles' Paloalto. I do not think the band is still around, singer James Grundler and guitarist Tommy Black are in a band called Golden State.

The setlist, provided by Brian, lists basically every song on his album Boomslang: "Long Gone", "Caught Up", "Down On The Corner", "You Are The Magic", "InBetweens", "The Last Ride", "Need It", "Something To Shout About", and "Bangin' On".
Rounding out the rest of the set is that Bob Dylan cover, "Don't Think Twice, It's Alright", and a new song "All Out Attack" (which was included on a soundtrack), and "Here It Comes" (the b-side from Bangin' On).
At that time, I remember I felt gypped, because I really did want to hear at least one Smiths song... I guess Marr decided to not play those classic songs that he co-wrote out of respect for Morrissey. You have to remember also that Morrissey, for a time in his early solo career, did not perform Smiths songs as well.
Johnny Marr is currently playing some festivals, in support of his latest album The Messenger. His next few appearance is at Lollapalooza Chile (03/30/14) and Lollapalooza Brazil (04/06/14).
