Anyway, I think with the upgraded First Avenue show, the band had a smoke machine, but it was fairly dark throughout the show. The show was also 21 and over, and I think attendance was about half full (even though my ticket shows over 1000 tickets were issued). Don't remember who opened up the show. It was probably a local band, but who knows.
As for the 7th Street Entry show, the opening band was Skye Klad, a local band lead by singer Jason Kesselring, and Medication, a Los Angeles band that broke up in 2003.
Again, no memory of the set list, I'm pretty sure they played practically every song off B.R.M.C., including my favorite "Whatever Happened To My Rock 'N' Roll (Punk Song)".
What I do remember is seeing the band do an free acoustic three song set at Let It Be records, a few hours before their 7th Street Entry show. With these promo appearances, they took place all the way in the back, in the vinyl room. The picture I took (see below) shows that I was right smack in front, that's because standing room was nonexistent.
