Adult Swim is basically the "grown up" version of regular the Cartoon Network's children cartoon programming. The shows on its programming is often geared for an 18+ audience, and from its lineup, often quite quirky (and popular) shows: The Venture Bros., Robot Chicken, and Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
Last year, Adult Swim started their free singles giveaway, it was so successful, that they're doing it again with their second annual "2011 Adult Swim Singles Program".
This week, the final song (which is the "bonus song") is unveiled to be "On the Run" by Cerebral Ballzy. This punk band from New York seems quite new, having just released their self-titled debut record, out July 26th, 2011, via Williams Street Records. Lead singer Honor Titus has those afropunk attitudes, you know: DIY, tats, skateboarding, punk, and pizza... but then again, who doesn't love those things?
