Just quickly listening to the eight tracks, starting with the last track, "Girls In My Arms" (feat Prysmo) and working backward. The compilation features other Anchor Factory artists, I'll confess I've never heard of them. I'm not what you would call a DJ expert, and I guess most house music just sounds the same to me. What I can tell you is that I can listen to these songs and it's not a chore, unlike other records I've reviewed.
These songs are mostly instrumental, even on "vocal mix" of "No Good", there's hardly any lyrics. The songs feels very unnatural to me, like automatic robotic loops of beats (in particular "Danger House"). These songs reminds me of more popular DJ acts like Daft Punk.
While these type of house/dance music are designed to have repetitive sound for dancing purpose, I feel that you can enjoy them on headphones (to hear and appreciate all the layers and effects).
