I actually have no idea who Pagan Wanderer Lu is or what he's doing on my iTunes. But since it's mother's day, I have moved the cover Sinead O'Connor song to the cover-lover blog and instead put this song up.
The song is called "Respect Yr Mother", and available for download from his official website. I listened to a few other tracks from Hospital Radio Hits and I can only describe as a kind of Momus-synth-pop type of music. He plays around the Cardiff and Bolton area, which means I'll never see him live or stalk the man :/
Speaking of stalking, looking at his last.fm I can see he's been listening to nothing but the new Bjork album.
Oh by the way, Happy Mother's Day.
Christopher says: No way, this guy used to play all the time around Aberystwyth in Wales where I went to Uni. Usually supporting The Hot Puppies, he has this lil synthsiser and plays random comical pieces about dogs and Churchill and things. Here he is at a gig looking kinda lonely, supporting Halflight who I blogged about recently. One of his songs was pretty good but I'll be damned if I remember what it was. A guy I know really likes him though, he may well show up and leave various comments...
