So, basically you have Isabella Monteiro (from Chile) and Radiohead's Thom Yorke, with both of their unique, sweet voices. Although the song appeared on Drugstore's second album and on a single, I believe they had a little trouble trying to release it because of the record company's dispute. I don't know too much about the details - but it's probably about money. Those greedy bastards.
Also, I'm not sure if the title is misspelled, but it is called "El President", not "El Presidente".

I like that towards the end thom's part mutates towards "kill the president."It's quite relevant, I think.

I fell in love with drugstore after hearing their "Super Glider", which is worthy of "Fade Into You" adoration. Only 3 CDs from them, right? If you haven't heard "SG", drop me a line I'll e-mail it. This track is maybe my least favorite of theirs; it doesn't gel with the rest of their stuff to my ears. Still, Thom Yorke, right?
