Here's a tip I picked up a while back: how to add your own icons to your local hard drive and/or ipod. These are instructions for PC, I don't have a mac (despite the mac logo).
1. Create your own *.ico file or find one on the web. There's a few free (trial) icon maker softwares out on the interweb.
2. Create a TEXT-only file called "autorun.inf" (minus quotes), put this on your iPod or anywhere that you want to represent your icon.
3. Your autorun.inf file should have these instructions:
In honor of these icon instructions, I am including a Ben & Jason's "Emoticons" song. The song is Air Guitar, but I'm sure some of you may remember them with the "Romeo and Juliet Are Drowning" song. They are described as "new folk" (which is basically means: NOT ROCK).
