Stereo Total (pronounced "stare-ee-oh tote-tal") nowadays are Françoise Cactus and Brezel Göring (I think they also had an extra or two members earlier in their career).
My favorite song of theirs is their cover of "Push It", but I'm including "Tas de Tole" in this post because it's a little more recent.
An interesting tidbit about "Do the Bambi": they all had slightly different cover art in different countries. The US version is a green Bambi while the UK version had a blue Bambi, etc.
I'm not entirely sure why the UK version is different, but I know that the German and French version got their own version of "I am Naked" (sung in their native language).
