Golden Globe-winning, Oscar, BAFTA and Grammy-nominated composer Jóhann Jóhannsson will be headlining the Cedar Cultural Center in support of his first album in six years, Orphée (Deutsche Grammophon).
In Jóhannsson news, he will reunite with long-time collaborator Denis Villeneuve for the upcoming Blade Runner sequel’s score. The two previously worked together on The Prisoner and the now-cult-classic Sicario.
Blade Runner sequel will hit theaters on October 6th, 2017.

When we first saw Florida’s Jacuzzi Boys in 2013, we wrote, “Despite the cheesy name, they trio was quite good. It's the type of garagey surf music that fans of Vivian Girls or Ty Segall fans would love.”

Portland’s Loch Lomond will be in town on Tuesday, October 18th, in support of their new record Pens From Spain, available now on Hush Records.
The large 8-piece band a chamber folk band, described as “engaging vocal harmonies, thoughtfully multilayered arrangements, fingerpicked guitar, chimes, bells.”
