New York’s Martin Courtney (of Real Estate) will be in town in support of his critically acclaimed solo album Many Moons (Domino Records). The shows will feature his full band - Jarvis Taveniere of Woods, Matt Kallman of Real Estate, Doug Keith and Aaron Neveu.
Many Moons is available on CD, standard and limited edition LP. The limited edition LP (of 500) contains an alternate cover with an embossed jacket, featuring an artist logo designed by Robert Beatty and coke-bottle clear colored vinyl.

Seattle's Valley Maker (singer-songwriter Austin Crane) is stopping by the Icehouse in Minneapolis, in support of his LP When I Was A Child (Brick Lane Records).
Spin called his record, “subtle, twanging strings and serene background noises convey a sense of a haunting warmness...”
Locals Ancient Mariner and Savannah Smith also on the bill. The two was previously on the same bill for Communion Minneapolis.
As usual with these Icehouse shows, the event starts really late (after business hours). First band is usually on at 10pm.
