Owl & Mouse is the solo project of Australian singer/songwriter Hannah Botting. Shortly after moving to London in 2008, she taught herself how to play the ukulele, and in 2011, released her debut solo EP on Haircut Records. Now, with her sister Jen, and friends on bass and keys, they began releasing music under the Owl & Mouse name (with the first "Canvas Bags" release as a split single on Hangover Lounge Records.)
Somewhere To Go is the debut EP from Owl & Mouse, featuring sissy-like music of harmonies and gentle melodies about love and heartbreak. The cover artwork looks like it was a missing piece from Belle & Sebastian's Books EP, but sounding more like Camera Obscura's "Books Written for Girls."
