Denver's Tennis is white hot right now. With the release of their sophomore album, Young & Old, the band have appeared on David Letterman, Carson Daly, and, of course, Jay Leno…
Yes, tennis is an Olympic sport.
Speaking of, the band Tennis recently enjoyed being on national television with Letterman, Leno, and Carson Daly. They recently just kick off their Summer tour last week. They're teaming up with the beautiful Sharon Van Etten for a few selected dates and finishing in October with Wild Bell.
I didn't know this, since I don't really watch television, but their music has been selected and used in programs like "Grey's Anatomy," "Revenge," and "The Secret Circle."
Anyway, the band is on tour to promote their album, Young and Old, out now on Fat Possum Records. Reminder: they will be at First Avenue in Minneapolis this Saturday. It's an early show, which means doors are at 6pm and the show ends at 10-ish.
